95 Percent of Students Reading at Grade Level . . . An Achievable Goal.

Collaborative Support

From one-day workshops to multiyear implementations, we can provide the support needed to implement systemic change in reading.

When it comes to implementing Response to Intervention (RTI), having a partner who has assisted hundreds of schools ensures successful implementation. Most schools and districts know that RTI means data-driven differentiated instruction provided in a multitier service delivery model. Yet many schools discover that knowing what RTI means and putting it in place are two different things.

Deeper Level of Implementation

95 Percent Group works with districts and schools initially by listening to what has been done so far. Building on that foundation, we’ll map out a series of steps to help district and school staff take RTI to a deeper level of implementation. District administrators can save time through a partnership with a 95 Percent Group client manager, who has experience from serving many other districts. This experience enables us to guide you as you plan your rollout and helps you avoid pitfalls.

Building Local Capacity

Our focus is bringing support and experience to the process of planning an RTI implementation, putting the structures in place, and implementing processes to determine and meet the needs of each struggling reader. Our emphasis is on building local capacity―teaching educators to use different types of data to identify below-benchmark students and pinpoint the reason for their reading difficulty. 95 Percent Group provides comprehensive assistance to the instructional leaders and classroom teachers every step of the way.

Professional Development Tailored to
Your Needs

Our professional development is tailored to fit each of our client’s specific needs. We have more than a decade of experience working with hundreds of districts and schools nationwide, and our proven processes support all phases of RTI implementation. We will work intensively with your staff members to create and implement a unique model to fit your needs.

We know that each district has the following unique attributes:

Its own core program;
A toolkit of intervention materials and programs;
A curriculum-based measurement instrument;
Outcome assessments required by the state; and
Varying personnel at the district and school level.

Customized Support

We work with you to design a solution that fits with your existing core program, your personnel, and your assessment tools. Your school is unique―your professional development should be too.

A “one-size-fits-all” approach will not bring about sustained gains in student achievement. It takes sustained and job-embedded professional development, delivered in strands tailored to meet the needs of administrators, reading coaches/RTI coordinators, and teachers. We know how critical it is to understand the roles of all personnel involved in RTI implementation, and your 95 Percent Group consultant will assist in planning professional development aligned to each staff member’s roles and responsibilities.
